We discussed the options and we made the decision to go with train heat pump with a new back-up furnace. They gutted all the old furnace equipment out, cleaned all the vents, removed a blockage limiting 80% of air flow to half of the house, brought in three air conditioners for us to use in the meantime and returned the next day to install the new heat pump and back-up furnace.
We have a 10-year warranty now. They were very informative and answered all my questions. From the moment the old furnace broke, they made sure our house was cool throughout the process. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, so I can't rate them highly enough!
